How long will it take for me to get my credit score

Post submission of valid documents, it takes about 72 hours for you to receive your free credit bureau score or report. You would get a notification from our end, once the report has been uploaded on your wall. For accessing your score and credit health report, please log in to your account on Credit Sudhaar website.

The report received by me is not a CIBIL report

India today has four credit bureaus - Equifax, Experian, Crif Highmark and CIBIL. The report sent by Credit Sudhaar is from the bureau called Equifax. As per a RBI notification issued in January 2015, all banks and lending institutions have been directed to share data with all four credit bureaus, including the historic data. Hence the report from any bureau will capture all details and data pertaining to your trade lines.

Equifax scores do not match with CIBIL scores

The report received by you is from Equifax which is one of the four credit bureaus in India. The difference could be on account of difference in scoring model followed by the credit bureau. In case of a wide difference we recommend you to check on the correctness of data pertaining to your trade lines. In the event of you spotting any error please feel free to call us up or write to us.

Why has my Credit Counsellor changed
